Après l’affirmation “I am Bountiful, Blissful and Beautiful” (Je suis dans l’abondance, la béatitude, et la beauté), les paroles sont extraites de la 1ère partie de l’Anand Sahib, le chant de l’Extase, avec le mantra Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasaad qui élève l’identité au-delà de la dualité et établit le flot de l’esprit. | ||||

Si vous dites juste dans votre mental « I am », immédiatement le mental demande "quoi ?". Cela ne permet pas d'aller au-delà du soi fini. Mais, si vous dites immédiatement après le deuxième "I am", la pensée devient "I am what I am" et être ce que vous êtes dans votre essence de vérité et la nature de la réalité. Alors que vous répétez ce mantra, pensez au premier "I am" comme une référence personnelle. Le deuxième "I am" est pour vous connecter à votre soi infini. | ||
