Mudra: Place your hands flat against your chest, right over left. 

Breath: Calm down the breath for 30 seconds, and then breathe long and deep, as best you can, for 30 more seconds. 

Time: 1 minute total. 

End: Relax. 

Comments/Effects: In this part of the meditation, let peace and tranquillity, spirit, mind, and body create a relationship for everlasting bonding. As it is the Will of God, so be it.
